A clubby, tres speedy, killer party neighborhood in Tampa, Florida. The cast of the Hold Steady albums seem to end up here a lot. In the early 80's, struggling artists flocked to the area around 7th Avenue and it was only a matter of time before the requisite gentrification took off. By the early 1990's, bars, nightclubs and parking garages lined the area.
